This is dated based on the inscription,  no other date visible.  Pictures should give good idea of overall condition.  There is cover wear which includes some discoloration,  stains,  edge wear, and surface wear.   Pages are generally clean but turning brown. Some pages are browner than others. Binding is starting to loosen and you can see the threading between several pages. There are a few pages with creases or small tears.  Outside page edges have soiling from exposure. Has a light musty odor.
