The outside page edges are soiled (see pic) but inside pages are mostly clean.   Pages are starting to brown.  Covers have wear, mostly discoloration that looks like it was bleached with splotches. There are other stains,  creases,  and substantial edge wear, etc.  Has a light musty odor. Front and back inside pages are dirty.    Pictures should give good idea of overall condition.
