The pages are crisp and mostly in clean condition. Some old turned corners. Pen mark inside front cover. Can see binding glue on inside front cover but still intact. Covers have some light creasing, surface wear, discoloration and edge wear along with some staining. Exterior spine has some tearing Outside page edges have some soiling. Has a light musty odor. There is some yellow splotching on the last several pages.
