Brand New

Our 'Brand New' items are as the title suggests, 'Brand New'. Retail boxed and unopened, however they are end of line or are discontinued stock. These items offer excellent value for money, as they're Brand New, with the reassurance that they are supported by a full warranty.


Refurbished

Refurbished items are customer returns. A large proportion of these items have never been used. They might for example, be unwanted gifts or products where customers have simply changed their mind which have then been returned.

They have been checked, inspected, repaired (if necessary), graded and reboxed (if necessary) complete with all accessories. They may have minor cosmetic marks that do not affect or hinder the functionailty in any way. All refurbished items will be clearly marked in the description. In some cases the item will still be in the original retail packaging which may be damaged, marked or scuffed also some of the internal packaging may not be original. Refurbished products represent excellent value for money with our 6 or 12 months return to base warranty. You can purchase safe in the knowledge these products have been rigorously checked, failure rate on refurbished products is actually lower than on new products!


New Other

Our 'New Other' products are in an as new condition which means the product should look and perform as new . On occasions the retail or replacement packaging may have signs of wear and tear.

This includes rapid pre-heat so you can get cooking sooner, and the AirFry function and tray – giving you that unbeatable crispness with little to no oil.

Up on the hob, this electric model also features advanced induction technology, which heats the pan instead of the hob surface to make cooking safer, faster and more energy efficient. Each of the five induction zones is controlled by an intuitive touch control panel.

Beyond the cooking capabilities, there’s a host of other features designed to help you get the best results, including the TrueTemp™ digital thermostat, Maxi-Clock™ programmer and SteamCleanse cleaning assistant.
