This is a 'new large-bore' Selmer Paris alto saxophone from c.1930. It has been relacquered at some point, and this lacquer is in good condition.
It was overhauled a couple of years ago, after I acquired it as a backup horn, however it has barely been used in this time and is still in excellent playing condition.
The keywork is consistent with Selmer models of this era, and the larger bore allows great projection and a full-bodied tone.
This is a great instrument for the right player, and I have priced it on the lower end of it's estimated value to encourage someone to take it off my hands.
The instrument will be carefully shipped in a hard box case, or can be collected in person.
