All the propellers and candle parts detach and are complete.

Actual tower is missing some of the wooden figurines so there are some blank spots. One flower has been bent/glued back. You can see glue residue when originally made in areas. Some pieces have been glued back. Some paint is not perfect in areas - small chips or it just wasn’t applied well when made. Please see pictures.

Original directions included, but I don’t have the original box.
