They are in Good condition (considering age and use). 3 chairs have tears in the seat cushion material of varying degrees. The back cushion material is still in excellent condition so you may want to recover just the seats. Solid black would look terrific. The frames have some scratches which do not detract from their overall appeal. You could also repaint them if you desire. (All flaws are seen better in pictures)
They measure about 37.75" tall x 15" wide x 15" deep. The seat height is 17.5" from the floor.
All chairs have the original Douglas Furniture tags. One of the tags has a partial address on the label showing 1920 E. Based on my research, Douglas Furniture Company was located at 1920 E. Maple Ave. in El Segundo, CA in the 1970s. This helps verify these are from the 1970s. Douglas Furniture made furniture from the 1950s- the 1970s.
