This is a used Seymour Duncan Custom Custom (SH-11) Humbucker pickup from the mid-90s.  I'm the original owner - it was bought new, professionally installed in the 90s, and left in that same guitar until I removed it recently to sell.  Works perfectly.  

4-wire, so it can be used in a split coil setting (which I did).  Recommended for Bridge.  Seymour Duncan logo intact, black pickup.  Measures 13.46k resistance overall.

Includes both screws and original box- one spring is missing.
