This is a nice vintage signed Fischer oil painting of a portrait of a man drinking. In pretty good condition as the pics show with some minor wear to the frame and it comes exactly as shown. The frame measures 11 1/4" x 13 1/4" and the sight is 7 1/2" x 9 1/2"
