Vintage L.L.Bean Travel Fly Rod Case and Fly Reel

Vintage L.L.Bean travel rod case, model R769, made exclusively for L.L.Bean in Korea. The case is constructed from durable green nylon with multiple zippered compartments designed to store fly reels and accessories. This style was commonly used for transporting fly rods, reels, and small tackle when traveling.

The case appears clean and well cared for with working zippers and normal light wear from age. Interior compartments are intact and ready for use.

Also included is a machined aluminum fly fishing reel that was stored inside the case. The reel features a large arbor design and spins smoothly. It uses a Japanese Koyo bearing. The reel appears lightly used and comes exactly as shown in the photos.
