An open tubular clincher is a type of bicycle tire that combines features of both tubular and clincher tires. It's constructed with the same hand-made process as a tubular tire, but with a clincher bead that allows it to be mounted on standard clincher rims. This design aims to offer the ride quality and feel of a tubular with the convenience and ease of installation of a clincher tire.
