Do you accept Buy it Now offers?  

Unless we have listed the item with a fixed price, we will not accept offers. It is our policy to allow all auctions to run their course.     

Can I collect in person?  

We offer collection in person from the location specified on the listing. You may pay in advance before collection. We will need 24h notice before your collection day. Our shop is open Monday to Saturday (except bank holidays) from 10.00 to 17.00.  

Do you deliver?  

We can deliver to east and south-east London for a fee, please message us for more details.  

Customer Service  

Our team is available Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm (excluding bank holidays). We will respond to your question within 48 hours during these times.  

About us  

100% of our proceeds go to support Emmaus Greenwich, which gives homeless people accommodation and meaningful work. We run a small community which houses 28 people who have experienced homelessness, our Companions. We ask Companions to volunteer with us for 35 hours a week, most choose to work in our social enterprise. We also run stores which specialises in selling second-hand furniture and white goods.
