I would say the condition is Very Fine + to Near Mint, which considering this was actually used during the showing of the movie thats great condition. I would very suspect of finding one in Mint condition that is original. I would say mint condition, however the top right corner shows some binding, which makes sense for an item that was used for display purpose.
I do the very best I can to give a fair and honest condition grade that I can. However, please look at the pictures and you be the judge.
