Tested on DCC and sound works, and so does the motor. However, the wheels are VERY dirty and so the loco barely moves as-is without cutting out…. Therefore it will not run as-is. This has been factory reset to code 3.

The loco is dirty, and has dust on it. Note that the tender-to-loco connection on the locomotive is loose, but the socket undamaged. The wire harness has been repaired in the past.
