Vintage Griswold ERIE No. 12 cast iron skillet featuring the desirable Large Slant Logo and pattern number 719 with open assist handle. Likely made sometime between 1915-1925. Very faint ghost marks can be seen (D in 'Griswold's' and last E in 'Erie above logo are most visible).

This skillet has been cleaned and lightly seasoned and is ready for use or display. The cooking surface does have utensil marks and there are a few small casting pits consistent with age (see photos). No cracks or repairs.

The pan rests flat on my glass cooktop. When light pressure is applied to the rim there is slight movement, but it does not spin.

A beautiful example of a highly sought-after Griswold size.
