The 2024 new ZRACE XDR Cassette is manufactured by CNC processing of forged Cr-Mo steel ingots. Compared with the traditional single-piece riveted Cassette, the rigidity is increased by 65% and the stability is increased by 80%.

Each tooth of Cassette has been carefully designed to enhance chain guide efficiency and increase gear shifting speed by more than 20%.
