4. In order to qualify for the best shipping you must follow the directions. We are unable to issue refunds on shipping after purchases have been made. So please follow the directions.

Shipping Notes

• The shipping estimates given by eBay are just that, estimates. Packages can take longer to arrive especially with the extra stress on the shipping companies. Please do not open item not received cases, contact us first so we can look into it.
• These items are inspected by 3 people before leaving the warehouse. When we ship we make sure there are no broken parts/problems with any of the vehicles. We have had the same shipper for 23 years and he ensures no damage with his expert packaging skills.
• As the seller we ship your order as promised. We cannot guarantee delivery dates as that is per the shipper used (USPS, UPS, FedEx, ETC.) Please understand that the seller cannot control the mail and is not responsible for the delivery times, as those are estimates given by eBay and or the method used. Please keep in mind that mail does take longer and if you need something by a certain date, please select an expedited method. Thank you!
• All item claimed by the purchaser as not received but shows delivered must be and only can be taken care of by the USPS and or mailman ( Other carriers may apply) We do not offer refunds in these cases nor does eBay

Cancellations

• Due to abuse and eBay restricting accounts we no longer accept cancellation. We will not converse or explain further.

Refunds/Returns

• There will be a $4 return/refund processing fee per item on all returns
• You will receive 50% less refund on any returned item we receive that comes to us damaged, not shipped using the proper packaging, and or incorrect return opened.
• Items not returned properly through the ebay return channel aka return to sender/ refused/ wrong address will not receive a refund

DIE CAST SCALES/SIZES:

All scales are approximate and listed as Advertised with specifications provided by the die cast manufacturers.

NOTE: Buyer is responsible for checking that the vehicle scale being sold is the size you want. If you aren’t sure about the diecast scale sizes, but sure to take a look at the pictured diagram included in all of our listing descriptions to see approximate sizes in inches for each scale size.
