Vintage Suite offers: vintage, previously owned and new items. Buyers are required to read full description and policies before purchases. If buying a used item, expect it to show signs of use and used bedding should be washed. We don't wash items unless noted and have no sensitivities. Color-matching for used linens is discouraged as colors may not be exact. Due to number washings, different soaps and wash styles, each item will differ in color and condition. We do not advocate buying used items if you have allergies or are sensitive to smells; it may have laundry scents or pet/other odors. No history if item was from a pet/smoke free home; we are not.

If buying a used item, expect it to show some signs of use unless listed otherwise. Check any notes for added info or condition issues. We do our best to take accurate pictures and describe items with a lot of research in advance. Items are described based on info provided in our opinion or research and do not claim to be an expert. Items may be marked for security to avoid scams. To avoid unforeseen issues, we advise buying early. We don't keep items forever, we live here! Enough time is given to make a decision/purchase. Item may end at any time if listed too long or excessively watched and/or may be found elsewhere.

OFFERS:

Please do not message about pricing. The preset BIN and best offer/reserve/auto-decline prices don't change. Offers under reserve will be auto-declined. We offer competitive prices based on selling rates, condition, availability or cost. Research before buying; our items will not be sold 50% off or lower of selling and/or active listed price. We understand buyers watch items for many reasons. Watching is mostly an attempt to have seller reduce price; it does not persuade us. Items in your cart or just watching accomplishes nothing! We don't send offers or coupons. We can only post so much and will not pay to have them watched for years. Listing will end if no purchase is made; even with perpetual interest/watchers and discourage curious/forever/career watching.

PAYMENTS:

Total due at time of sale. If an offer is made and accepted, eBay deducts payment automatically. By making payment, you enter into a legal binding contract. You acknowledge to have read the complete listing and agree to all terms, conditions or warranty.

RETURNS:

All sales are final unless posted otherwise! Returns are not accepted unless qualifies as significantly not as described. This does not mean normal use; any excessive flaws are noted. Used items will show signs of use and functions as its intended purpose. We do not accept returns for smells and have no sensitivities, just allergies. Every attempt is made to show exact colors. Returns for color matching, name/shade terms or how it appears on your screen are not accepted. Wrong size, change of heart or found cheaper are not returnable. If there is a problem, email us through messaging (not feedback-we don't get notification or message) before opening a return claim; send photos and explain issue. We will work to resolve the problem. Fraudulent claims are reported.

SHIPPING:

Packages ship within two business days of your completed payment. Allow up to 14-days from purchase for packages to arrive. Tracking provided allows buyers to request updates from the carrier online. Note that we cannot take responsibility nor have any control of how or the route and time carriers take to deliver your order. Please keep this in mind when making purchases, expecting packages or leaving feedback and DSR ratings.

FEEDBACK:

We work very hard to earn positive feedback and hope you are happy with your purchase. Once you receive your order, please take a moment out of your busy day to leave positive feedback. If there is a problem, be considerate and email us through messages (not feedback) before leaving neutral/negative feedback. We would like the opportunity to fix any issue that may arise. The feedback system is not intended to rate products (we are third party sellers) or shipper handling. There is a place for rating items, and we should not be held responsible for how/when carriers deliver your package. We do not deserve bad feedback for things that are out of our control. Return feedback is left after buyer. Reply may provide/refute any negative feedback if needed.
