All items have been removed from BRAND NEW scrap appliances, directly from Electrolux. These are new and unused parts. Some items may have small blemishes from moving and storage. Please review pictures before buying.

NOTE: Listings with multiple items available may or may not show actual photo of item you will receive.

Shipping

It is our goal to have your parts shipped out the same day you make your purchase, however depending on the time, your shipment may not go out until the next business day. Most of our parts are shipped USPS. Occasionally, UPS or FedEx may also be used.


Returns

Customer satisfaction is important to us!

There is a restocking fee of 20% with a minimum fee of $2.25 on all returns. The purchase price, after restocking fees and actual shipping costs are deducted, will be refunded. Refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days after we receive the part back. 
If you receive a part that is damaged in transit, please contact us the same day of delivery so we can initiate a claim and get an exchange prepared for you. Some fees may apply.

We will take full responsibility for any error on our part, however we cannot take responsibility for any misdiagnosis, or because the wrong part was purchased. Please know what you are purchasing before you buy it. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
