Ingredients: 100% organic chamomile

Preparation: Pour approximately 200 ml of boiling water over the tea bag and let it steep for 5-8 minutes. Allow to cool to drinking temperature (approx. 37°C). Check the temperature. Always prepare tea fresh. Please do not add sugar!

Important note regarding dental health:

Always let your child drink from a cup. Due to the natural carbohydrate content, frequent or prolonged sucking or sipping from a bottle or sippy cup (especially with a small opening) can cause tooth decay (caries).

Therefore: Do not allow your child to use a bottle or sippy cup for prolonged sucking, pacifier use, or as a sleep aid. Ensure your child drinks quickly.
