The CD has been tested and works perfectly. The disc is in very good condition with only some small scratches that did not affect play. The case is in good condition overall with some wear such as tiny scuffs and scratches. The booklet is in great condition with no rips or creases. The original promo insert is in included and in fair condition. It has 2 indents on the top and bottom from the tabs of the jewelcase.
