Both pieces are in Beautiful looking condition with no breaks or cracks.

Blank name plate area on front to add name or special date. This originally came with a nameplate engraved “Lynnie” & is included.

This is a two piece set, which Includes at the Gingerbread main house; Mickey and Minnie in Globe and Donald and Goofy on the roof.

The Second piece is a Gingerbread dog house with Chip and Dale in Snow-Globe on roof with Pluto looking in.

Approximately 9-1/2” Tall

Condition is brand new in the styrofoam.

Styrofoam has a break on the bottom section, does not come with original box.
