Gotoh GHL-1 Tremolo Locking Nut Through Neck Mount (Cosmo Black)
The Through Neck Mount Gotoh GHL-1 Tremolo Locking Nut is the most popular size for double locking tremolo equipped guitars, it is 43 mm wide which is the same as a Floyd Rose R3 nut (the most common size) and is the standard nut size supplied with renowned Gotoh GE1996T double locking tremolo.
The locking nut comes with rear mounting screws, these bolts screw all the way through the neck from the rear into the underside of the nut (common on early '00s Ibanez guitars), three different thickness shims to allow you to set the correct nut height and a string retainer bar to ensure the correct angle of the strings over the back of the nut to keep them in tune when locking the nut. The nut also comes with a pin to mark the centre of the screw holes for drilling and a wrench for locking and unlocking the nut.
