This is a vintage preowned item from the 1970's .  It is in good preowned condition, works.  Swivel base works well.  Pump action works.  Lock position works.  A very small hardly noticeable dent on front.  Some small scratches on the side.  Paint and all else in very nice condition.  See pictures.
