Has Novgorod written on one side and Новгород on the other side

I have not been able to identify the maker's mark on its bottom

Measures @ 3-3/8" high x slightly more than 2-1/8" bottom diameter x 2-5/8" top diameter

In excellent condition, unused, no chips, no cracks or crazing
