SHIPPING

Ground packages are processed and shipped approximately 2 business days after payment is received. We cannot guarantee an exact delivery date for ground shipments.

We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS.

Requests to alter deliveries: We cannot change shipping addresses, schedule delivery times, add delivery instructions, or hold for a different delivery date. Carrier options may be available through UPS My Choice, FedEx Manage Delivery or USPS Package Intercept if your package is not already out for delivery.

Item location: Buffalo, New York, United States. Shipping to: United States.
Excludes shipments to: PO Boxes, Alaska/Hawaii, US Protectorates, and international destinations.

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses. Any order addressed to APO/FPO will be canceled.

RETURNS

Order cancellations: Unfortunately, once an order is placed we cannot cancel it. After you receive your order, you may return it in accordance with our return policy.

Returns: Return within 30 days of receipt (or before December 25th, whichever comes first). Items must be unused and include all hardware, instructions, accessories, and original packaging.

Return shipping: Unless we made an error, you are responsible for return shipping. Please use a traceable method. Store credit returns may qualify for a pre-paid return label (lower 48 states only).

Processing time: Typically 2–3 weeks (may take longer during peak season).

Non-returnable items (unless we made a mistake): Giant Everest trees, Grand Teton trees, food items, patio furniture sets, life-size nativities, clothing, shoes.

Problems/damage: Inspect upon receipt and contact us within 7 days. Message us with your order number and photos for faster help.

PAYMENT

We accept PayPal and major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

TERMS

Third parties: We will not disclose personal information to third parties except as needed to provide service (ex: shipping) or as required by law.

Pricing: Prices on eBay and other marketplaces are subject to change at any time.

Taxes: Seller charges sales tax where applicable.
