already out for delivery.

RETURNS
Order cancellations: Unfortunately, once an order is placed we cannot cancel it. After you
receive your order, you may return it in accordance with our return policy.
Returns: Return within 30 days of receipt (or before December 25th, whichever comes first).
Items must be unused and include all hardware, instructions, accessories, and original
packaging.
Return shipping: Unless we made an error, you are responsible for return shipping. Please use
a traceable method. Store credit returns may qualify for a pre-paid return label (lower 48 states
only).
Processing time: Typically 2–3 weeks (may take longer during peak season).
Non-returnable items (unless we made a mistake): Giant Everest trees, Grand Teton trees, food
items, patio furniture sets, life-size nativities, clothing, shoes.
Problems/damage: Inspect upon receipt and contact us within 7 days. Message us with your
order number and photos for faster help.
