The Bacteria Balls contain helpful bacteria to nourish the pond or tank and kick-start the eco-system.
As the bacteria balls deteriorate into the pond water, the bacteria is released and forms colonies which remain in your pond long-term, as a permanent biological balancer for your pond, removing ammonia and nitrate build-up. 100g will treat up to 1000ltrs. Ideally used alongside Alfagrog, Pumice Stone or other media to allow the bacteria to colonise.
Can be used in filters or directly into pond water. Can also be used alongside instant cleaner to create a long-term stable pond environment.
