These pond balls are eco-friendly and non-toxic. Added to a pond, the gel balls will deteriorate over a few weeks to helps create stable pond eco-systems, which in turn stop the build-up of green water, algae and blanketweed, while balancing the nutrient and chemical levels.

The Barley Straw Balls are a mess-free alternative to adding Barley Straw to a pond. 100g will treat around 500ltrs of pond water. The balls directly release a natural chemical (produced when barley rots) into the pond water, which inhibits algae growth.

The Bacteria Balls are just as crucial as they contain helpful bacteria to nourish the pond eco-system. As the bacteria balls deteriorate into the pond water, the bacteria is released and forms colonies which remain in your pond long-term, as a permanent biological balancer for your pond, removing ammonia and nitrate build-up. 100g will treat up to 1000ltrs.

Can also be used alongside instant cleaner to create a long-term stable pond environment.
