For your consideration a Lionel 1656 Switcher and tender. When tested it ran strong in forward and reverse with a good e unit. There is surface rust throughout but otherwise in good condition. Lights worked on both the locomotive and tender. Bell works on the tender as well. A fine layer of dust comes with this item for free, so needless to say it could benefit from a good cleaning.
