Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the item arrives damaged or not as described (for example, if an incorrect item was received). To be eligible for a return, the item must be sent back in the same condition it was received, including all packaging and accessories originally included with the shipment. Items returned outside of these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
