Up for sale is a remarkable piece of Jewish heritage: a complete set of **Antique Tefillin (Shel Yad and Shel Rosh)** along with their original leather straps and a stunning, hand-decorated velvet carrying bag. Originating from **Europe in the early 19th century**, this set was brought to Israel by immigrants following the Holocaust, making it a powerful survivor of a lost world.

### **Detailed Description**

* **The Tefillin:** A complete pair for the head and arm. These are **unopened and tightly sewn**, meaning the original sacred parchment scrolls (Megillot) are still preserved inside. They show authentic signs of age and extensive use, which adds to their character and historical integrity.

* **The Protective Covers:** Included are two unique, handmade Formica protective covers to shield the "Batim" (boxes).

* **The Velvet Bag:** A beautiful black velvet pouch featuring vibrant floral embroidery and the Hebrew biblical verse: *"And you shall bind them as a sign upon your hand, and they shall be as frontlets between your eyes"* 

(וקשרתם לאות על ידך והיו לטטפת בין עיניך). 

The bag is finished with three traditional decorative pom-poms at the bottom.
