These are a little scuffed up but they would be great for a beginner figure skater. They have Luna blades. The inside of tongue needs some conditioning, starting to flare but usage would help. No skating here. The toes are scuffed, little leather polish would shine these nicely. They are size 3 and 19B. Gonna probably grow out of them pretty quick if they are like my kids.
