Hallmark itty bittys Wizard of Oz Scarecrow - BNWT.  I have collected these in the past and have had them stored in a box since new.  The Scarecrow is so cute and a must have in the collection.  This listing is for the Scarecrow only but I have other Wizard of Oz characters.  Highly collectable, cute and in perfect condition.  Perfect for Wicked fans.
