Refurbed Dell Latitude E6420 PC

This PC is used and was refurbished last year. It shows signs of wear from use. It has been wiped, and all original software reinstalled plus extra software's! The battery does take a charge but it is used. the internal sound speakers don't work. not sure why. If you plug headphones into the headphone jack, the sound DOES work!
