If there is a Frame in Photo it is NOT included. You are receiving just the Metal sign

If there is a Watermark on photo it Will NOT appear on the finished product.

Please understand that the colors may or may not be as vibrant as what you see on your screen. We cannot control this. But do know that we have a return policy that you can't lose with if you are not happy. We know that the quality of these are the best the market has available.

1. Our turn-around time stated in your listing may vary by a day or two. Our work load dictates our timing. We are generally fully staffed most of the year so no real delays usually occur but there are times, depending on local sales and fairs we attend where it get a little nutty. Please be patient. We get to everyone and get to it as fast as possible. Any questions though please feel free to contact us.

2. We ship either USPS OR UPS GROUND

3. Returns - Our return policy is second to none - We are so sure you will love your new sign that we are giving you a 60 day....YES 60 day return policy. So if you happen to not love your sign (which we have yet to encounter) please know that we will take it back. Return postage is also paid by us!

4. Feedback: PLEASE understand that we are regular humans behind the computer. Our business means more to us than anything. We pride ourselves on our POSITIVE feedback.
