It's in excellent mechanical condition, though as you can see from the photos there are some cosmetic marks.

Still has the original importer labels and manufacturers stamp. The box is cleverly designed so the feet of the typewriter are clamped in place during transit ensuring the typewriter is fully safe and secure whatever angle you hold the case. 

Mechanically, the machine works but hasn't been serviced for some time. 

The carry case mechanism still works perfectly, but the case is showing some signs of wear as you'd expect after 75 years. 

The cosmetic damage to the typewriter consists of a white paint stain on the top panel. I'm sure an expert can remove this, but I haven't been confident enough to attempt it. There are some other white spatters as can be seen from the photos. These do not affect the functionality of the machine and I'm sure these can be removed with the correct cleaning products and expertise. 

Can be collected in person from Hampshire, UK. If posted will be extremely well packaged so it arrives safely.
