You are purchasing black nylon Helly Hansen packable pants. They have zippers on both sides of the legs and an elastic waistband, along with snap buttons on the waistband and ankle portions. There is normal wear on the interior shown in the last photo. The second to last photo is located near the groin area which shows a sewn repair. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.
