This dress has wear (snags) and many holes. The top is in good shape. The elastic cuffs are in good shape. The black bottom has many holes, snags, loose seams. There are some loose stitches in the seams that need repaired. The zipper works well. It is well made, just old and the fabric is worn. Great to upcycle or restore. Such a cool style. No maker or size tag, so please check all measurements in the description.
