Various postage services are available at checkout, including next day delivery. For time critical orders, please get in touch so we can find a solution that suits both parties.
We post all order within 24 hours from when we receive payment and generally, we aim to post all order daily before 15:00 every day, 6 days a week (Sunday orders may be posted on Monday's). Some services may not be available during weekends so please allow us extra time.
Warranty policy:
All our items come with 60 days warranty, unless otherwise stated in the listing or agreed to by both parties before the order was placed. We source our items through various channels, therefore the manufacturer's stated warranty may NOT apply, unless it is stated in the listing.
Returns policy:
Returns accepted within 60 days of your purchase but a full refund will be issued only in case of faulty items. The refund will only be issued after we have received the item and the fault has been confirmed.
If you would like to return the item for any other reason within 60 days of your purchase, we can only offer a partial refund. The refund will only be issued after we have received the item, has been inspected and it's in a good, resell-able like condition.
In order for the return to be accepted, any temper proof security seals or tags must not be missing or disturbed.
In case of false claims, additional deductions may be applied to cover postage and restocking costs and your account will be reported for further investigations.
