• Full Vacuums: 6-month warranty

• Parts and Accessories: 30-day warranty

If your vacuum or part develops a fault within the warranty period, Huva will repair or replace it  free of charge.

What’s Covered:

• Faulty internal components (motors, wiring, switches)

• Electrical failures

• Loss of suction caused by an internal fault

What’s Not Covered:

• General wear and tear from regular use

• Heavy or commercial use

• Water damage or liquid ingress

• Accidental breakage (e.g. drops, cracked casing)

• Broken or damaged parts due to misuse or mishandling

• Blockages, clogged filters, or lack of maintenance

• Consumable parts (belts, brushes, filters, hoses)

• Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, scuffs)

If a fault occurs, please start a return request through eBay, and our team will arrange repair, replacement, or refund promptly.

Shipping Information

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Most items are shipped within 2 working days of receiving payment.
All orders are sent using tracked courier services such as Evri, Royal Mail, or DPD for your peace of mind.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you change your mind, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it’s in its original condition.

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us right away. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover any return postage costs where applicable.

To start a return, simply go to your eBay Purchase History, select the item you’d like to return, and choose “Return this item.” eBay will guide you through the steps and generate a prepaid return label where eligible.

Once the item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed promptly through eBay.
