This part comes with a 30 day warranty.
The 30 day period starts when you take possession of the part. No labor warranty is provided.
The warranty does NOT cover installng this radio into a vehicle that was not originally equipped with the exact same radio.
This radio may require a reprogram or reflash when installed into a new vehicle. It is your responsiblity to know if this is applicable to your vehicle and pay for this service. We include the donor vehicle VIN number on the invoice to assist you in this process.
We cannot tell if this radio will work for anything other than what it is interchanged to fit. Please do not ask.
To return an item you must contact us via eBay Message within the 30 day period to obtain a RMA number (return material authorization).
Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refunded.
Once you obtain an RMA number, ship the item back to
