Product Features
- Working principle: Through the fan supply air, blowing to the heating tube in the heating cylinder, and then controlled by the temperature controller air supply temperature, uniform flow in the drying drum, to the purpose of drying.
- Material construction: The contact part of the machine and raw materials are made of stainless steel, so that the raw materials are not contaminated.
- Heating tube design: The heating tube is elbow type, effectively prevent dust accumulation.
- Temperature control: This machine has uniform hot air distribution, high drying efficiency, temperature controller adopts proportional deviation type, temperature difference is controlled within plus or minus 3 degrees.
- Application: The machine can dry the raw materials which are wet due to packaging and transportation, and is used to remove the moisture on the surface. It is suitable for PP, PE, ABS, PVC and other raw materials.
- Durability: Stainless steel buckle, strong and durable, good sealing.
- Screen design: Stainless steel conical screen, uniform bulk material.

- The location of the installation machine needs to consider other equipment, material stacking, it is recommended to keep appropriate space around.
- The working environment of the machine requires a clean and tidy room. When drying raw materials that may produce poisonous gas, please reserve space for installation of exhaust system.

Returns & Exchanges

Defective & Damaged Products
- ▲ If product was received damaged or not as described, please send us some pictures or videos, so we could well understand your problem, then solve them for you ASAP. Besides, it's much helpful for us to claim with UPS, remind our related department to pay much more attention to packaging later on. Hope for your understanding.
- ▲ Replacement or refund of defective or damaged products can only be returned in exchange for the exact same product, or else, the purchase price will be refunded back to your original payment method.
- ▲ If an item is received damaged, customer service must be contacted within 7 days of receiving your item. All returns require a RA (Return Authorization) number as above.
eCheck Issues: Payments via eCheck do not clear immediately. Usually you will wait 5-7 days after checkout for it to clear. Then we will arrange shipments for you.
