A minimum 6 months Assured Used Commercial Vehicle warranty This excellent warranty means that should your van experience a failure under your warranty's terms and conditions, we'll pay the full cost of replacement parts and labour. Your engine, gearbox, steering and suspension would all be covered using original Volkswagen parts and including fitting. We also give you the option of a further year’s extended warranty for extra peace of mind. 12 months assistance and recovery services Volkswagen emergency assistance gives you the reassurance of assistance and recovery services 24 hours a day (in the UK only) throughout your first year of ownership. Exchange plan In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your car for any reason, you are entitled to exchange it at any time within the first 30 days or 1,000 miles of ownership (whichever comes sooner). Mileage information is obtained from a number of sources, including the DVLA and you will be presented with a mileage check certificate to confirm that your vehicle has been the subject of a full search. Vehicle validation check Your Listers Sales Executive will confirm that the following provenance checks have been carried out and verified: • The vehicle's engine and chassis number match the DVLA records • The date of first registration is correct • The vehicle is free from outstanding finance charges • The vehicle has not been stolen • The vehicle has not been written off • Whether the vehicle has had a number plate change Finance check A number of independent checks are carried out to ensure there is no outstanding finance on the vehicle. Service history check We know that evidence of regular servicing and maintenance is important to our customers.
