This auction is for a brand new locomotive and set of four passenger cars from the Lionel Amtrak Lake Shore Limited starter set.  THERE IS NO BOX INCLUDED WITH THIS AUCTION. This comes from the indoor temperature controlled storage unit of a hobby shop that closed up in the early '90s. The locomotive and cars have never been run, and do not include track or transformer. I believe the track and transformer were sold out of the set. I put all of the components on my 4 foot test track. The locomotive ran fine forwards and backwards and the light works. Same for the cars with the exception of the rear car. When I took the picture, only one light came on in the car. After I took the picture, that one light went out🙄. It's most likely a matter of loose bulbs. Shipping will be via USPS Ground Advantage and each component will be wrapped individually in bubble wrap before being placed in a sturdy cardboard box for shipping.
