We recommend this size if your Wrist is Smaller than (6.50" = 165mm) Only! - for Very Small Wrist -

Fits Wrists Size (from 5.50" to 6.75") = (139mm - 171mm)

ML - Medium/Large Size Band -

We recommend this size if your Wrist is (6.50" = 165mm) and Bigger - fits Most Wrist Sizes -

Fits Wrists Size (6.75" to 10") = (171mm - 254mm)
