Warranty Payment Delivery Returns

Dead Dog Tees is an authorised retailer of SINNER eyewear. All SINNER sunglasses and goggles are supplied with a soft microfibre pouch for storage and lens cleaning as well as a full 1 year warranty against defects in materials and/or workmanship.

All payments must be processed through PayPal, no alternative methods of payment are offered.

We ask that payment is made within 1 working day of committing to purchase an item. If payment is not made within 2 days of purchase, proceedings will begin in accord with guidelines provided for sellers.

Prices quoted cover delivery costs within the UK; this includes the mainland, Scottish Highlands, UK Islands, Northern Ireland and Isle of Man. International shipping is offered at additional cost.

All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorisation of payment. We shall endeavour to deliver the Goods you have offered to purchase within the estimated time quoted. Should it become evident that there will be a delay in fulfilling the order, we will notify you of such as soon as possible.

Should you wish to contact us prior to placing an order we will be happy to confirm current stock availability.

For the most part, delivery is fulfilled by the Royal Mail and may thus be attempted Monday to Saturday. Unfortunately we are unable to provide a specific delivery time.

International deliveries will be handled by the Royal Mail only within the UK. Once the Goods have been handed to the overseas postal service, no tracking information will be available until a signature is obtained on delivery.

Please note that all items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer; we are unable to reimburse such expenses.

A refund will be processed only on receipt of the returned item. It is thus encouraged that all items are returned using a tracked postal service.
