This unique vintage artisan Bakelite necklace is 27" long and comprised of several different components! There are eight 3/4" diameter round red beads with light cream marbling; multi colored solid and marbled chunks of Bakelite form the front of the necklace and were also used to the sides of the necklace to separate the large round red beads. 

Smaller wooded beads were also used to separate the large round beads. I believe the red link section of the necklace is metal with a bright red plastic coating.  . 

The necklace weighs 120 grams. The clasp is a spring loaded circle type that is in perfect working order and stays closed when being worn. 

This fabulous vintage artisan necklace is sure to be the star of the show whenever its being worn!

No chips or cracks were seen in any of the Bakelite beads tested positive for Bakelite using Simichrome polish. (See photo #13)
