New in sealed hard plastic container—the plastic has yellowed with age. The box is sealed but not air tight. Upon opening, you can expect the original packaging to have some damage but, based on my experience, the bottle itself and the scent should have the original scent. This vintage fine cologne has been in storage many years. Most likely, it is from 1999 or shortly after French Fragrances acquired Paul Sebastian.  This cologne comes from a "lot" purchase of a variety of fragrances with damaged packaging. Not sure about the batch code but the bar code number can be seen in the pictures. This cologne contains Parfum and both "French Fragrances, Inc. (&) Miami FL" are printed on the box
