🔧 What it does & how to use
A spider key is a single tool with several different sized square holes arranged around a hub, letting you wind clocks of different sizes without carrying a full set of individual keys. This set pairs two spider keys — one for even-numbered sizes, one for odd — with a separate run of 14 individual pocket watch keys, so between them you're covered for almost any clock or pocket watch winding arbor you'll meet. Ideal for hobbyists, collectors and clock/watch repairers who work on a mix of movements.
- Check the arbor: look at the square winding arbor on the clock movement or the winding square on the pocket watch.
- Pick the right key: for clocks, choose the spider key (even or odd) and turn it to line up the matching-size hole; for pocket watches, select the individual key that fits snugly.
- Test the fit: the key should slide fully onto the square without force and without play — try adjacent sizes if it feels loose or tight.
- Wind: turn gently and evenly, stopping as soon as you feel resistance at full wind — never force it.

Postage to the UK is free.
If you are outside the UK we can combine the postage. If you could not request an invoice before paying, then buy the items and then send us message after to refund the excess postage.
We will only charge at cost, not per item. If items ARE light they can often go for the cost of 1 shipping price. You do need to message us after purchase. More valuable orders need to be sent tracked.
We generally post same day as payment if bought before 2pm.
We send our items well packed and always first or second class for the UK, and by Royal Mail Airmail for international orders.
Ebay shipping times are an estimate for international purchases and can take longer especially when not tracked.
If you buy a substantial order we will send using tracked postage at our expense if postage charged does not cover this.
Our goods are sent royal mail unless they are heavy items that then go by courier.
